About
I'm a strategic UX designer working at the beginning: when there are too many opinions, no clear question yet, a product nobody can picture. I surface what no one's said out loud, find the real problem under the stated one, and design the structure and flows that make it work — for the people using it and the teams building it.
Read what's there before reshaping it.
I follow how people really move through a thing, not the route I assumed they'd take.
Structure is for flow, not control.
Support that frees teams to move, not structure that locks them down.
Make the seams visible.
I show where something strained or broke — including in my own work — instead of sanding the seams off.
Admire the problem, then cut.
I dig until I understand, then decide and design. Because past a point, more thinking is just a nicer way to wait.
"Jasmin is the person you want when things are complex, tense, or slightly chaotic. She brings calm, structure, and clarity without making it about herself. She can operate strategically and still get things done at an operational level, and she has a rare ability to turn messy situations into something teams can actually work with. She's not loud or ego-driven, but once she's involved, things stabilize."
